The 2024 season is complete, as is my rookie year in all 3 series I competed in.
It was an interesting journey from novice just 14 months ago, to competing against some of the best grassroots racers in the Rocky Mountain region.
The results were a bit of a shocker to me, I finished 3rd in the NASA Rocky Mountain regional championships – TT6 class, 9th in SCCA RM Time Trials (missed 4 events) and 1st in Rocky Mountain 86 Cup – Unlimited.
I had my share of learning experiences during the season for sure, from trying to manage tire and brake wear to controlling my temper .. It was an amazing experience, my coaches were super helpful during the season and helped with changes in the car, myself and my driving.
